Simon Brown, Headteacher
“It is an absolute privilege to celebrate our Sixth Form students as they receive their A/AS Level results today. Their outstanding performance is a direct result of their drive, resilience, and commitment. Whether earning top A*/A grades to secure places at Oxbridge and Russell Group universities, or achieving the personal results needed to pursue their chosen pathways and ambitions, we are immensely proud of every student.
Every grade awarded today tells a story of perseverance, particularly for those students who have overcome individual obstacles along the way. These accomplishments demonstrate not only the strength of our students’ character, but also the passion and commitment of our teaching and support teams, whose student-centered approach continues to foster both academic excellence and provide essential life skills through our future-focused global competency (6C’s) education.
As role models and mentors, this year group leaves a brilliant legacy across our school. They have set an inspiring example for younger students to follow. We extend our warmest congratulations to all of our learners – your hard work has truly paid off, and we cannot wait to hear about the incredible things you will accomplish next.”
Louise Holdback, Assistant Headteacher – Sixth Form Leader
“A huge congratulations to all our Sixth Form students on achieving such fantastic results! Whether they are stepping into Year 13, heading off to university, beginning an apprenticeship, taking a gap year, or entering the world of work, these results are a launchpad for their next chapter. Once again, I am immensely proud of their dedication, resilience, and hard work. Combined with the character and life skills they’ve developed, they leave us with a brilliant foundation for future success. This accomplishment is also a credit to the parents, carers, teachers, and friends who have supported them every step of the way. We can’t wait to see the Class of 2026 join our alumni network and return to inspire the next generation.”
