* To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, we need your signed permission before we take any photographs/film of you/your child. Please download, complete and sign this form. We would be grateful if you could return the completed form on either your Information Evening or Induction Day. If you are unable to print the consent form you will be able to collect a copy at Information Evening.
